Evaluations
I have recently finished my evaluations displaying information on the conventions of the horror genre as well as how we tried to adapt them into our production. It took a long time however i think it looks rather professional as i used Prezi to display the first question and then Powerpoint was involved in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. I was then filmed answering my last two questions which was quite a tough challenge for me because i prefer to be behind the scenes rather than in front of the camera however i managed to get through it. Moreover i also redid the last two questions on my own which has been placed on my blog as i wasn't satisfied with the first attempt however both videos will be used.
- What ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
- How does your media product represent particular social groups?
- What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
- Who would be the audience for your media product?
- How did you attract/address your audience?
- What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?
- Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

Media's Role In The General Election
Media played a huge part in the General Election this year, the big media heavy weights in news broadcasting battled it out to receive the rights to air the new Prime ministers speech first as well as displaying the election as it happened, BBC, SKY and ITV news three power houses in the news industry predominantly used three dimensional maps of Great Britain to display to viewers how each individual constituency had voted. Moreover, the constant use of bar graphs and other data analysis methods were in use and were updated every 60 seconds displaying the most up to faults figures every minute! Digital technology played a major part in the news broadcasting process as: cameras, lighting, microphones, digital script readers, digital data and for the first time ever on BBC news a virtual Downing Street was created displaying the road to Downing Street in votes ( each vote equaled one step closer)
It was a successful campaign for the Tories who were less favourable in the eyes of punters and candidates, however, with the extensive use of digital media the story was told with exclusive up to date coverage.

Review of Blogger
Blogger has been an essential cog in my coursework as without it wouldn't know what to use to display what i have succeeded in, throughout this year. I began blogger thinking it was just an free average website however as i grew in confidence with my blog, which i hope you have all noticed, i have also developed my skills as i can now embed videos and PowerPoints; clearly display essays and deliver imperative information clearly. There is only one downside to blogger, the way in which you cant easily manoeuvre images once you have added them to posts, however, this is only a minor problem. I have exceeded my expectations and really enjoyed the whole blogging experience and i hope you have too. My most fond memory was the first day of shooting, where we were having trouble with our actor (http://patrickbrennan97.blogspot.co.uk/2015/01/first-day-of-filming.html) i thought "how are we going to be able to complete a film lasting two minutes and then upload this hue file to a blog which i have hardly used," but we did it. Blogger has been a rewarding experience and it has produced the idea of making my own blog; dealing with issues and debates which are currently in the news giving a media students perspective on the matter.
Blogger has aided me in this experience and i thought i would give it a just review, therefore i have given it 4 stars out of a possible 5.
